5.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) per transaction.
5.6 Fraud Prevention. pesogame monitors all deposit and withdrawal transactions for fraudulent activity. Any Account found to be involved in suspected fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised payment method use will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.
5.7 Dormant Account Funds. Accounts with no real money wager activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered dormant. pesogame will notify the Account holder via their registered contact details prior to any dormant account administrative fee being applied. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. 9.1 Suspension by pesogame. pesogame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; (b) compliance with applicable law or PAGCOR regulations requires it; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is identified or suspected; or (d) an active self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion applies to the Account holder.
9.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be released to the verified Account holder following resolution of any compliance or fraud concerns, subject to applicable law.
9.3 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pesogame's customer support team.
